Stephen Nickelson comes from a diverse corporate executive background in both the transportation and construction industries. Stephen's career advancement allowed him and his family to relocate to Boston, Columbus, the San Francisco Bay Area and back to their hometown of St. Louis over the past 30 years. Through these experiences, Stephen gained first-hand knowledge of the real estate challenges that families often face when career advancement is accompanied by relocation. Whether a client is interested in buying new construction, selling an existing home or evaluating a major restoration/remodel of a 75-year-old house, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge to buyers and sellers. Additionally, Stephen earned extensive knowledge in retail property leasing, purchase and building renovation through his professional experience 'coast to coast'.
'Both the City and County of St. Louis offer a tremendous range of affordable housing stock that contributes substantially to the quality of life in our region,' says Nickelson. 'From the starter home to the elaborate estate, the St Louis market offers superior quality and value.'
